Position: Mortgage Loan OfficerKey Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads for mortgage loan products (Home Loans, LAP, etc.).
• Meet and counsel clients to understand their financial needs.
• Explain mortgage loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Assist customers with loan applications, documentation, and verification.
• Build strong relationships with customers, real estate agents, and referral partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any discipline); MBA/Finance background preferred.
• 1–10 years of experience in mortgage/loan sales.
• Good knowledge of mortgage products and credit evaluation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
