About the Role:

Modulation / Mock-Up Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare

  modulation and mock-up drawings

  based on structural and architectural plans for formwork systems.
• Translate project drawings into

  component-level layout

  for accurate production and assembly.
• Collaborate with design, production, and site teams to ensure practical execution of mock-ups.
• Ensure

  accuracy, alignment, and optimization

  of modulation layouts for efficient material usage.
• Incorporate site feedback and revise drawings as per construction requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date drawing documentation and adhere to project timelines.
• Support technical presentations or mock-up reviews with internal and client teams.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in modulation or mock-up designing in the

  formwork, construction, or real estate

  industry.
• Strong proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Solidworks, Revit

  and familiarity with

  Aluminum Formwork systems

  .
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Understanding of on-site formwork assembly processes and construction workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify design issues before execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Draftsmanship.
• Prior experience in

  modulation design for aluminum formwork or high-rise buildings

  is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with 3D software (Revit, Tekla) is a plus.
