Mobilizer (JSDM Project)

• Conduct field visits in nearby villages, towns, and communities to identify potential candidates.
  
• Create awareness about the JSDM training programs, benefits, and employment opportunities.
  
• Organize community meetings, door-to-door visits, and group mobilization activities.
  

2. Counselling & Enrollment

• Counsel candidates and their parents about course details, training structure, and career prospects.
  
• Assist candidates in completing registration forms and collecting necessary documents.
  
• Ensure timely batch formation by meeting enrollment targets.
  

3. Coordination with Local Stakeholders

• Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, schools, colleges, NGOs, panchayats, and youth groups.
  
• Conduct mobilization campaigns in coordination with community influencers.
  

4. Data Collection & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, leads, and follow-ups.
  
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the Center Manager.
  
• Ensure correct data entry in the JSDM portal or prescribed formats.
  

5. Candidate Follow-Up

• Follow up with interested candidates to ensure their participation in counseling and batch commencement.
  
• Remind and motivate trainees for regular attendance during the training period.
  

6. Branding & Promotion

• Distribute pamphlets, posters, banners, and other IEC (Information, Education & Communication) materials.
  
• Support in organizing job fairs, mobilization camps, and community events.
  

7. Support During Assessments & Placement

• Ensure candidates are present on assessment and verification days.
  
• Assist the placement team by providing updated candidate information and documents.
  

8. Maintaining Professional Conduct

• Represent the organization positively during field activities.
  
• Ensure mobilization work is done honestly, transparently, and as per JSDM guidelines.
