Mobile Tech Lead

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Mobile Tech Lead to join our growing mobile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native Android development with hands-on experience in Kotlin, Java, and modern Android frameworks. You’ll be leading projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring high code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Manage version control, releases, and integration with back-end services.
• Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, tools, and trends.

Technical Skills Required

• Languages & Frameworks: Kotlin, Java, MVVM, Jetpack Compose
• Dependency Injection: Hilt, Dagger, Koin
• Networking: Ktor / Retrofit
• Core Android: Android SDK, NDK, Coroutines
• Firebase (Analytics, Push Notifications, Remote Config, etc.)
• Bluetooth / BLE integration experience

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Flutter and iOS development
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), Device Owner, or KIOSK apps

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Proven experience in team leadership or management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
