As we scale, we need a detail-oriented and dependable Mobile Repair Technician to keep our repair operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and related gadgets (hardware and software issues). Handle repairs at L1 to L4 levels: L1: Basic troubleshooting, screen replacements, battery issues. L2: Advanced repairs like motherboard, camera, software flashing. L3: Complex hardware and software issues requiring deeper diagnostics. L4: Critical repairs, component-level soldering, logic board replacements, and high-level troubleshooting. Manage inventory of spare parts and track usage for cost control. Maintain accurate repair logs, customer records, and service reports. Coordinate with vendors for parts procurement and warranty replacements. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues escalated from L1/L2 technicians. Ensure timely and quality repair work to maintain customer satisfaction. Support team training and knowledge sharing for repair processes. Required Skills:Proven experience as a Mobile Repair Technician (L1–L4 experience preferred). Strong knowledge of mobile hardware, software, and operating systems. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, soldering, and repair equipment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of repair tasks. Preferred Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mobile Repair, or related field.
