Job Title: Mobile Quality Engineer
Location: Remote / Hybrid (1–2 days onsite per month)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM IST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mobile Quality Engineer to join our team in delivering high-quality mobile-first healthcare applications. This role focuses on testing React Native mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, with an emphasis on test automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile delivery.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of mobile features that enhance clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for React Native applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and exploratory testing across iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable deployments.
- Monitor and report on test coverage, defect trends, and other quality metrics.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and support continuous improvement in QA practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Jest, and Detox for mobile test automation.
- Proven track record of testing React Native mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
- Strong expertise in building and maintaining automated test frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or similar.
- Deep understanding of test strategy, test design, and risk-based testing approaches.
- Prior experience working in Scrum/Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with native mobile test tools such as XCUITest (iOS), Appium (cross-platform).
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, Swagger, or OpenAPI specs.
- Exposure to performance profiling and mobile monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of healthcare domain standards or clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with Realm DB and testing offline-first mobile strategies.
