Flutter Mobile App Developer (Fresher/Experienced)

Location: Kalakad, Tirunelveli

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and talented Flutter Mobile App Developers—whether you're just starting out or have a few years of experience. This role involves building high-performance, visually appealing mobile apps using Flutter for Android and iOS platforms.

Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and a passion for mobile app development are encouraged to apply. Experienced developers will be expected to contribute to architecture, optimization, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement beautiful and functional user interfaces
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, Firebase, or other backends
• Debug, optimize, and test mobile applications
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and team discussions

Requirements:

For Freshers:

• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and basic programming principles
• Basic knowledge or project experience with Flutter & Dart (college project, GitHub repo, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

For Experienced Candidates (1-3+ Years):

• Proven experience in developing and publishing Flutter apps to Play Store/App Store
• Proficient in Dart language and Flutter framework
• Experience with state management tools (Provider, Bloc, River pod, etc.)
• Integration of third-party libraries and APIs
• Familiarity with Git, Firebase, and native device features (camera, GPS, etc.)

Nice to Have (Optional but a Plus):

• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Bit rise
• Familiarity with app performance monitoring and analytics (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics)
• Personal or freelance projects with a public portfolio on GitHub or stores

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
• (Diploma holders and self-taught developers with strong skills are also welcome)
