Mobile App Developer

About the Role:

Astron Financial Advisors is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mobile App Developer to join our on-site development team in Delhi. You’ll work closely with our design and backend teams to build high-performance, scalable mobile apps for our fintech platform. We value leadership, accountability, and a strong sense of product ownership.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services using REST APIs
• Work with the design team to implement smooth, responsive UI/UX
• Optimize app performance for Android and iOS platforms
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs and performance issues across different devices
• Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to ensure seamless data flow and feature implementation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions
• Ensure mobile apps are secure, tested, and scalable for production

Requirements:

• Proficiency in React Native or Flutter
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture and state management (e.g., Redux, Provider, BLoC)
• Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or Dart
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries
• Familiarity with mobile UI design principles and performance best practices
• Basic knowledge of version control (Git)
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Must be ready for on-site work in Delhi and immediate joining.

Should have 1 - 2 years of experience in the same field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of OOPS concepts, REST APIs, and secure mobile development practices
• Strong academic background (IIT/NIT/IIIT or equivalent)
• Previous experience in building and publishing mobile apps to Play Store/App Store
• Leadership capabilities and ability to manage modules or junior developers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
