Role & responsibilities :

Manage Order to Cash (O2C/ OTC) Collection process, including Credit Management, O2C Collections, Dispute Management, Collection Management, Credit Collection & B2B Collections with DSO & Portfolio handling experience

minimum 2.5 to 3 years of experience in Finance function with expertise in Order To Cash domain ( complete OTC cycle ) with collections with B2B collection experience with DSO and portfolio handling

• Collect due amount throughout calls and emails of UK based customer. • Worked month and Year end closing. • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts. • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill. • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments. • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments. • Resolve OTC billing and customer credit issues. • Update account status records and collection efforts. • Report on collection activity and accounts receivable.

2.OTC/O2C - Billing/ O2C Cash Apps : ( Order to Cash Billing/ OTC Cash Apps + Advanced Excel+ AR Billing+ Billing Cycle)

Communication

Good- AON A2 + need some excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot, basic formulae)

Preparing and sending invoices to customers for goods or services provided. This includes ensuring that all billing is accurate and timely. On a daily, weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis

Ensure invoices are raised promptly and in accordance with contract terms & legislation

Upload invoicing into customer system where necessary

Preparing and raise debit credit notes as an when required

Reconcile customer invoicing to system generated invoicing

Investigating and resolving billing disputes or discrepancies in a professional manner

Represent the AR/Billing team in cross-functional projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
