Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with labour laws, including Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, etc.
Manage contract labour management system to ensure smooth operations.
Provide labour welfare services to employees in accordance with company policies.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement in statutory compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues related to labour laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Masters degree in Labour Studies (MLS) or Social Work (MSW)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in statutory compliance and contract labour management.
In-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and related regulations (e.g., Factory Act, EPF, ESI, Contract Labour Act).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, contract vendors, and employees.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
