Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MLM Officer to build and lead a local marketing network for our college. The candidate will act as a regional representative to promote our creative and skill development courses through community engagement, seminars, school/college visits, and referral networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a multi-level marketing network in assigned regions.
• Conduct and coordinate seminars, workshops, and student counseling sessions.
• Identify and collaborate with schools, junior colleges, NGOs, and local influencers for promotional activities.
• Generate leads and drive admissions through referral marketing.
• Recruit and train local representatives or promoters under the MLM structure.
• Maintain reports on leads, conversions, and regional marketing performance.
• Represent the college professionally in field activities and events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any field (Marketing/Management background preferred).
• Strong communication, public speaking, and networking skills.
• Experience in MLM, direct sales, or educational marketing is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel.
• Ability to build teams and drive performance.
