Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, model development, and deployment workflows. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production use.
• Design scalable model pipelines and automate data preprocessing, feature extraction, and training workflows.
• Collaborate with software developers to integrate machine learning models into applications and services.
• Conduct performance tuning, hyperparameter optimization, and model evaluation.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to support ML workflows.
• Build and maintain APIs or microservices for model deployment.
• Document model architecture, processes, and implementation details.
• Research and implement the latest ML/DL techniques, frameworks, and tools.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Practical knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series modeling is a plus.
• Familiarity with LangChain (bonus).
• Basic understanding of model deployment using tools such as Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Candidates with ML-related certifications, courses, or project experience will be preferred.
