As we scale into new markets and digital-first opportunities, we are looking for an MIS Manager with strong MIS and analytical reporting skills who can also provide high-quality executive support to our leadership team to drive high-impact business decisions.

Experience : 2-8 Years (minimum 1.5 years of relevant MIS/Business Analysis/ MIS Report )

Job Purpose:

The MIS Manager is responsible for leading the management information function and providing executive support to senior leadership. This role includes designing and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, facilitating cross-functional data reviews, and handling executive administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, adept at presenting insights to stakeholders, and able to own end-to-end MIS processes.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Own creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for various business verticals.
• Lead tracking of KPIs and business health metrics across sales, marketing, events, and editorial.
• Generate and validate reports on sales performance, sales targets, and departmental MIS to support business reviews.
• Provide executive support to senior leadership: manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and documentation.
• Prepare management dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends for leadership review.
• Collaborate with sales, events, marketing, and editorial teams to gather, review, and interpret performance data.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports across all departments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and validate data inputs; implement process improvements for data collection and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for internal and external meetings.
• Track project progress, follow-ups, and reporting on behalf of leadership to ensure timely execution.
• Act as a bridge between leadership and teams to ensure clarity of priorities and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Present data in easy-to-understand dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; drive insights and recommended actions.
• Maintain trackers, documentation, and business SOPs to support decision-making and continuity.

Qualification : Any Graduate / Masters

What We re Looking For

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in MIS, Business Analysis, MIS Executive, Executive Assistance, or related roles; prior experience in a managerial or senior executive support capacity preferred.
• Strong command over MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and present them clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills (written verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Prior experience in media / publishing / events sector strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Google Sheets, Slides, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
