Roles & Responsibilities-:

The person would lead the department of the business reporting team, focusing on developing retail MIS and dashboards. The team primarily focuses on financial products & services. The role will

involve a diligent understanding of data, systems, and processes to come up with data-based solutions for the business groups.

Key

The candidate will be responsible for the following in their job role:

1. Development of insightful business reports or dashboards that will help businesses drive their businesses effectively using BI tools

2. Development of top management, business product, and resource-level MIS to review performance.

3. Report automation and support the creation of a reporting data mart for smart reporting solutions

4. Proactively working with the Product/Business sales team to attain common reporting goals.

5. Resolution of Relationship Manager (RM) queries on business sourcing and achievements published.

Role

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following knowledge.

1. Regular synthesis, reporting, dashboards, and insight-driven approach for the products/business numbers.

2. The candidate must be apt in processing the raw data into meaningful insights for business managers.

3. Should be familiar with data management principles and practices, including metadata management, data quality assessment, and data access technologies.

4. Exposure to building data warehouses & data marts, designing data architecture, and dimensional modelling skills

5. Should have knowledge of dashboard tools like Python, Tableau, Power BI, or SAS VA/VIYA.

6. Strong data handling, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with the ability to process large volumes of transaction-level data and efficiently derive actionable results.

7. Having a results oriented attitude with a go get it done skill

8. Good management & communication skills while working with both internal and external partners.

9. The knowledge of using AI tools in data management will be an added advantage.
