Job Description

Role & responsibilities Engage proactively with leads and prospects through phone calls and emails. Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements. Conduct follow-ups on marketing campaigns and perform cold outreach to generate new business opportunities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and communications. Collaborate closely with the field sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective lead conversion. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities. Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to telecalling and loan processing.
