Job Title: MIS Executive

We are seeking a skilled MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing organizational data to support informed decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple departments to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key business performance metrics.
• Monitor the performance of MIS systems and ensure their smooth functioning.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency.
• Ensure MIS operations are aligned with overall business goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, and HR to fulfill their data needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive organizational data.
• Keep detailed records of system updates, configurations, and changes.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Excel (including Advanced Excel and Macros), Google Sheets, and database management tools.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
