Mis Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled MIS Executive for our Raipur-based paper cups manufacturing company. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical abilities, excellent command over data management, and hands-on expertise in advanced Excel and reporting tools. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining data accuracy, generating performance reports, and supporting management with meaningful insights to improve operational efficiency.

Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Key Responsibilty:

Analyze production, inventory, sales, and dispatch data for management review.

Monitor plant performance metrics and highlight operational gaps.

Manage data consolidation from multiple departments (production, quality, inventory, sales).

Prepare dashboards and trackers for productivity, wastage, and raw material consumption.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely data entries and accurate records.

Maintain master data, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot data-related issues.

Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel functions or Google Sheets tools.

Support management in decision-making by providing data-driven insights.

Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to senior management.

Required Skills & Expertise

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Query, Power BI preferred).

Dashboards creation and data visualization skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Good knowledge of manufacturing data flow and production reporting.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Ability to handle large datasets and maintain data confidentiality.

Knowledge of ERP or any manufacturing software will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Certification in Excel / MIS will be an added benefit.
