Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and manage data from multiple internal systems.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Automate reports to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various teams (Operations/Sales) for data requirements.
  • Maintain data accuracy, security, and timely backups.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of MIS/ERP/CRM reporting systems.
  • Present information through visual formats such as charts, graphs & tables.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, IF, Power Query, Advance Formulas)
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Access, and basic SQL (preferred)
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Qualification

  • Graduated with B.Com
