Advance Excel is mandatory

Role & responsibilities

Receive and reconcile datasets, working closely with data providers to resolve discrepancies.
Maintain open and effective communication channels with external partners.
Ensure data consistency and accuracy through collaborative efforts.
Transaction and Confirmation Management:
Generate and distribute transaction records, ensuring clear communication with recipients.
Proactively follow up on confirmations and address any related inquiries.
•Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues, presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Prepare regular MIS reports, highlighting key performance metrics.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with data providers and internal stakeholders.
Provide excellent support and address any data-related concerns.

Preferred candidate profile

•Bachelors degree in any field.

•1-3 years of experience in data analysis, client communication, or related fields.

•Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

•Strong understanding of data management and reconciliation.

•Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Knowledge of database management is a plus.
