About the Opportunity

We operate in the Enterprise Technology & Business Analytics sector, delivering data-driven reporting, automation, and operational insights to support finance, sales, and operations teams. This is an on-site role in India focused on translating raw data into accurate, timely management information and scalable dashboards that drive business decisions.

Primary title: MIS Analyst

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate and distribute timely MIS reports (daily/weekly/monthly) across finance, sales and operations; own report accuracy and SLAs.


• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI / Tableau to enable leadership decision-making.


• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros, VBA scripts and scheduled SQL queries to reduce manual effort and error.


• Extract, transform and reconcile data from ERP/CRM and flat-file sources; perform root-cause analysis for data discrepancies.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, data definitions, and SLA expectations; implement version control for reports.


• Document reporting processes, implement quality checks and support ad-hoc analysis requests with clear, actionable insights.

Preferred

• Migrating reports to automated pipelines (Power Automate / scripting)


• Experience with ERP or CRM systems integrations


• Python (pandas) for data manipulation

Additional Qualifications

• Proven experience in an MIS / reporting role supporting cross-functional stakeholders (ideally 2-5 years).


• Strong attention to detail, ownership of deliverables and ability to work on-site in India.


• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into executive-level summaries.
