Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales MIS Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This role is crucial for supporting our sales operations and providing valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.

Responsibility

Generating and analysing sales reports.
Maintaining and updating sales databases.
Assisting with sales forecasting and performance tracking.
Identifying trends and providing insights to the sales team.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Specifically the activities will be:

Creating reports and dashboards to track sales performance for management visibility in salesforce.(SFDC)
Vendor Management Processing PO and invoices in SAP.
Developing custom reports using MIS tools.
Collaborating with the sales team to understand their reporting needs.
Troubleshooting data discrepancies and resolving issues.
Preparing presentations of sales performance data.
Contributing to process improvements in sales reporting.

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate
We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a sales operations or MIS function.

Requirements/Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
SFDC, SAP & Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
