MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Work extensively on Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, Data Cleaning, Dashboards).
• Maintain accurate sales, distributor, payment, and operations data.
• Create reports and documentation for all offline system–related issues.

2. Distributor & Client Coordination

• Interact with distributors for queries, orders, reports, and data submissions.
• Support distributors with offline data, sales insights, and product information.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with distributors for payments and data updates.

3. Offline Sales Team Support

• Plan, coordinate, and support daily activities of the offline sales team.
• Assist field sales executives with data, reports, targets, and order updates.
• Track performance metrics and ensure timely reporting from the field team.

4. Database & System Management

• Handle database management, system administration, and data organization.
• Monitor and update company software related to offline operations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and support performance monitoring.

5. Analysis & Insights

• Analyze sales and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Interpret data and prepare strategic reports to support decision-making.
• Create plans based on data analysis to improve productivity and efficiency.

6. Daily Operational Follow-Up

• Daily follow-up with the sales team, distributors, and internal departments.
• Maintain structured records, trackers, and communication logs.
• Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and field teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as MIS Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
• Understanding of system management, database handling, and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating with offline sales/distributor networks is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
