MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive Company: SS Herbal India SS Herbal India is a fast-growing Ayurvedic healthcare company, committed to providing natural and effective solutions to improve lives. We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive who can manage data, generate reports, and support business decision-making through actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:Collect, analyze, and manage data from various departments (Sales, Operations, Inventory, Marketing, etc.). Develop, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports. Create dashboards and trackers to monitor business performance. Ensure accuracy of data and identify discrepancies or gaps. Provide actionable insights to management through reports. Automate reporting processes wherever possible. Coordinate with sales & operations team to track performance vs. targets. Assist management in preparing presentations and decision-making documents. Maintain confidentiality of company data. Requirements & Qualifications:Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BCA / Any relevant field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in MIS / Data Analyst / Reporting role. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas, Charts). Knowledge of Power BI / SQL / Google Sheets will be an added advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
