Job Description

Job Summary:

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and manage data from
Salesforce CRM
, Excel sheets, and other internal databases.
Build and maintain
interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
for:

Sales performance tracking
Lead conversion funnel
Inventory availability and status
Campaign ROI and CPL analysis

Coordinate closely with the
Sales team
for performance reporting and pipeline analysis.
Collaborate with the
Marketing team
for lead source analysis and campaign evaluation.
Automate recurring MIS reports to reduce manual effort and ensure data consistency.
Provide real-time and scheduled reports to management for business review meetings.
Maintain accuracy of project-wise inventory data and sales bookings.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Commerce, IT, Data Science, or Business Administration
Certification in
MIS Reporting, Power BI
, or
Business Analytics
preferred
Prior experience in the
real estate industry
or a similar data-driven role is a plus

Location :- Chennai

Qualification:- Diploma or Graduation Mandatory
