Data Analyst

Role Overview: As a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL at Indus Net Technologies in Pune, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts to support data analysis and reporting requirements. Your passion for data, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate insights clearly will be key in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, prioritize business needs, and define process improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, procedures, and scripts for data analysis and reporting. - Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. - Prioritize business and information needs in collaboration with management. - Define new process improvement opportunities. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams. Qualification Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role. - Strong expertise in SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries. - Excellent proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. is a plus). - Experience working with large datasets and relational databases. - Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written. - Immediate availability or notice period of 30 days.
