1. Technical Skills

• Database Management: Proficiency in database software (e.g., SQL, Oracle, VBL) to manage and manipulate data.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to generate insights.
• Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Power BI) can be beneficial for data processing and automation.
• Information Systems Knowledge: Understanding of various information systems and how they integrate into business processes.
