Mis Executive

Roles & Responsibilities MIS Executive (FMCG)

• Prepare and maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

  related to sales, distribution, and field operations
• Track

  primary & secondary sales data

  and update MIS dashboards
• Manage

  field force attendance and activity reports

  (via tools like BJOM, if applicable)
• Generate

  for sales teams
• Maintain

  distributor-wise and area-wise performance data

• Monitor

  stock movement, inventory levels, and aging reports

• Ensure

  data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation

  across multiple sources
• Coordinate with

  sales, HR, finance, and operations teams

  for data collection
• Analyze trends, variances, and performance gaps and share insights with management
  
• Prepare

  management presentations and summary reports

• Maintain master data (distributor, SKU, sales hierarchy, territory)
  
• Ensure

  timely submission

  of reports as per management requirements

Tools & Systems:

• MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts)
  
• MIS & reporting systems
  
• BJOM Software (Attendance / O-Motor) – if applicable
  
• ERP / CRM tools (if used)

• Maintain
