Role Overview

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support daily operations and decision-making. The role involves preparing accurate MIS reports, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining databases, and ensuring data accuracy for the company’s financial and lending operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
• Track loan applications, disbursements, collections, and other operational metrics.
• Generate performance dashboards and business analytics.

2. Data Management

• Maintain and update internal databases with accurate and timely information.
• Reconcile data from multiple sources (CRM, LMS, branches, field teams).
• Ensure data hygiene and correction of mismatches or discrepancies.

3. Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, credit, collections, and branch teams for data requirements.
• Support management with ad-hoc data requests and analytical reports.
• Assist in automating processes and improving reporting efficiency.

4. Tools & Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with Google Sheets and CRM/LMS platforms (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Power BI (added advantage).

Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.).
• 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive (Fintech/NBFC experience preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
