Job Description

Verify vendor documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
Maintain and update Management Information Systems with relevant commercial data
Process invoices and ensure they match purchase orders and delivery receipts
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors, addressing queries and resolving issues
Prepare and analyze regular financial and operational reports
Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth commercial operations
Document and track commercial activities and transactions
