MIS Executive

Job Summary

Capital Power Systems is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel to manage data reporting, analysis, and dashboards. The role will support management decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights across departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management
2. Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel including:

• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• INDEX-MATCH
• IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS
• Data validation, conditional formatting
• Macros (preferred)

3. Consolidate data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel sheets, departments)
4. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
5. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends, variances, and gaps6. Support sales & BD teams with performance, target vs achievement, and pipeline reports
7. Generate management presentations and summary reports
8. Maintain proper documentation of reports and MIS processes9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and clarification10. Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Statistics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis
• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
