Job Description

We are looking to hire a proactive detail oriented MIS Executive to join our data team to support business functions with accurate timely data reports. The candidate will take responsibility for creating, dissemination, follow up on reports and supporting process improvements. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in operations reporting or MIS roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate manage daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports (e.g., Menu Audit, FIFO, Visibility, Traceability, Wastage Outlet level performance reports)

Work closely with operations managers / team leads to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights to improve performance

Identify gaps or discrepancies in operational (cross functional) data and escalate issues or suggest corrective actions

Create and automate repetitive reports using Excel macros, Power Query, or other tools

Monitor and track KPIs, SLAs, and other business metrics regularly to support decision-making

Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from operations or senior management

Prepare and publish dashboards for operations performance using google sheets looker studio

POC for data/reporting questions from the operations team

Skills Required:

Experience: 1-2 years in MIS, reporting, or operations data roles (preferably in FB, logistics, supply chain, retail or e-commerce)

Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel / Google Sheet skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, charts, macros/VBA)

Familiarity with CRM / ERP tools used in operations

Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present data clearly

Communication: Ability to communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical operations stakeholders

Process Orientation: Understanding of operations workflows, service metrics, and process KPIs
