Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Analysis- Validate and verify complex data sets to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform calculations and data modeling in Excel using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Identify trends, discrepancies, and anomalies in large volumes of data.
2. Report Preparation -Design, develop, and deliver MIS reports as per business requirements. Ensure timely delivery of reports with high accuracy.
3. Client Coordination & Communication- Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
4. Team Management & Collaboration- Lead and guide a team, Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.

We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data and generating reports.
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in MIS
Age Limitation: 15 to 25 years
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce only
2. 3-4 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of accounts
4. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., X Lookup, Pivot Table, If function, Sumifs, Advanced Filter, Tableau, Power BI etc).
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Manage and mentor junior audit staff.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
