MIS & Automation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS & Automation Specialist who can manage reporting dashboards, automate processes, and integrate tools like WhatsApp API to streamline business communication. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, scripting languages, and API integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Automate reporting processes through VBA, Google Apps Script, or Python.
• Integrate and manage the WhatsApp Business API for automated communication and reporting.
• Develop and optimize scripts for data collection, validation, and processing.
• Collaborate with management to provide insights and data-driven decision-making support.
• Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all MIS data.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot, Macros, Dashboarding).
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets & Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python preferred, or VBA/JavaScript).
• Experience with API integration (WhatsApp Business API is a must).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, and automation.
