We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Process Coordinator to join our team in Amritsar. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills , the ability to coordinate effectively , and excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi . This role is suitable for freshers who are enthusiastic, quick learners, and eager to grow in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact between different departments to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring daily operations and processes. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to complete tasks on time. Maintain proper communication and follow-ups for ongoing activities. Prepare and maintain basic reports, records, and documentation. Identify process gaps and suggest improvements where necessary. Support senior staff in executing business operations. Handle queries and provide assistance with professionalism and courtesy. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc. – Freshers can apply). Good interpersonal and coordination skills. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi . Basic knowledge of MS Office & G-Suite (Word, Excel, G-sheets & G-docs) preferred. Active, enthusiastic, and adaptable to dynamic work environments. Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
