Jewelry Merchandising Officer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Jewelry Merchandising Officer who will plan, coordinate, purchase, and manage jewelry designs, stock, and sales trends. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, good coordination skills, and strong knowledge of jewelry trends and product management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and select jewelry designs based on customer demand and market trends.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams for product development.
• Manage stock levels, track sales performance, and suggest restocking as needed.
• Analyze pricing, cost sheets, and profit margins.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and product ideas.
• Support retail and marketing teams with product display and visual merchandising.
• Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.
• Maintain good coordination between production, sales, and quality teams.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in jewelry merchandising or inventory management preferred.
• Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki jewelry categories.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Gati ERP tool(Not Mandatory).
