Job Description

MIS Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Ensure data preservation in an appropriate and easily accessible format.
Generate and publish reports as agreed upon with clients and operations teams.
Create governance around timelines for report generation and publication, and strictly adhere to them.

Required Skill Set:

Working knowledge of multi-user computer systems, applications, and equipment.
Familiarity with workforce management tools and techniques.
Excellent knowledge of
MS Office
, particularly
Excel
for data analysis and reporting.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in the usage of reporting tools like
Avaya/Cisco
.

Education and Other Requirements:

Graduate.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
