Job Duties

  • Advanced PowerPoint Design & Creation:
  • Develop visually engaging, minimalistic PowerPoint presentations that are aligned with current design trends.
  • Craft dynamic slides that incorporate modern elements like 3D models, video backgrounds, and interactive features to enhance audience engagement.
  • Design custom templates, icons, and illustrations that reflect brand identity while ensuring presentations are aesthetically modern and visually compelling.
  • Build data visualizations such as custom infographics, graphs, and charts that simplify complex data and tell a story.
  • Interactive & Multimedia Integration:
  • Incorporate interactive elements, including clickable buttons, navigation menus, and hyperlinks to create a seamless and engaging experience for the audience.
  • Integrate multimedia, such as audio, video, and animations, to enhance storytelling and maintain audience interest.
  • Use real-time data integration tools (e.g., Excel integration) to keep presentations current and relevant.
  • Data-Driven Storytelling:
  • Apply advanced data visualization techniques to communicate insights effectively using visuals, rather than relying on text-heavy slides.
  • Develop infographics and hybrid visuals that combine photography, data, and narrative elements in a compelling way.
  • Use AI tools and automation features within PowerPoint to generate content suggestions and improve presentation layout.
  • Branding and Consistency:
  • Ensure that all presentations adhere to company branding guidelines (logos, fonts, colors) while implementing the latest design trends to stay fresh and modern.
  • Maintain consistency in design and messaging across multiple presentations to reinforce brand identity and professionalism.
  • Quality Control & Optimization:
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure that presentations are error-free, polished, and professional.
  • Optimize presentations for mobile viewing and ensure that they are fully responsive across devices, considering the growing trend of mobile-first viewing.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with executives, managers, and subject matter experts to understand key messages and content requirements for presentations.
  • Transform complex content into easy-to-understand slides, employing visual storytelling techniques to simplify complex ideas.
  • Knowledge Sharing:
  • Stay current with the latest PowerPoint features, tools, and industry trends, and incorporate those insights into the team's workflow.
  • Project Management:
  • Manage multiple PowerPoint projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Adapt presentations quickly based on feedback or changing requirements.

1) Mobility

- Have to move frequently within the office to interact with employees and outside the office to meet customers, attend events, etc. Need to meet 4-5 customers a day

- Hand, wrist, finger movement while using laptop/ give product demonstrations

- Its a remote role- travel to customers place directly from home

2) Vision

- Work involves making decisions based on visual cues, word documents, excel sheets, creating presentations, reading mails from stakeholders and customers, reports, excel database on laptop

- Deciphering body language of customers, employees during dialogues

3) Ability to Hearing

- Significant work involves making decisions on auditory inputs like listening to people face to face or over phone or video calls on a day-to-day basis.

- Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech while speaking to internal and external stakeholders

- Engage in long conversation with stakeholders and customers

4) Cognitive –

- Work involves making complex decision making based on people interactions, and subjective issues related to sales deals. Work involves processing data or information on business deals with customers and with support functions like accounting, credit, service etc

5) Speech –

- Significant amount of work involves speaking clearly so listeners (employees, customers) can understand
