Role Overview

As a ReactJS Developer at Millipixels, you will be instrumental in developing intuitive, responsive, and high-performance web interfaces.Youll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless front-end experiences for a wide range of digital products.You will be expected to translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern front-end technologies.

What Youll Be Doing

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript standards.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use, following component-driven architecture.
• Implement application state management using Zustand and handle data fetching and caching with React Query.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, pixel-perfect code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers to deliver robust features.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Leverage AWS services for deployment, hosting, and integration to ensure scalable and reliable front-end solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently, optimizing components for maximum performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and uphold development standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development and proactively contribute to process improvements.
  

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with ReactJS.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of React hooks and component-based architecture.
• Proven experience using Zustand for state management and React Query for efficient data handling.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and building UI for multiple devices and browsers.
• Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Working knowledge of AWS (S3, CloudFront, Amplify, Lambda, or similar) for deploying and managing applications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
