We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middleware Integration Manager with a strong background in IBM WebMethods or equivalent integration platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration tools, along with proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex integration projects in Agile environments.

Note:

• Core JAVA & OOps concept, JAVA knowledge can preferable.

• Total Expr 8+Yrs, relevant expr webmethods should be 6+Yrs

• Experience must be on Web methods mandatory.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in middleware/integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Web Methods or similar integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO).
• Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE and SQL.
• Proficiency with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
