As a Client Advisor at Karat, you will drive revenue growth by building partnerships with mid-market technology companies across the U.S., EMEA, and other geographies as needed. This role encompasses the full sales cycle, including prospecting, closing, and post-sale support, requiring versatility across multiple functions within the sales process.
- Own the complete sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from initial prospecting through contract negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Qualify and convert inbound leads through structured discovery conversations and consultative selling approaches that uncover technical hiring challenges.
- Generate a robust outbound pipeline using modern sales tools, including UserGems, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
- Deliver compelling outreach campaigns, conduct product demonstrations, and lead commercial negotiations with engineering leaders and talent acquisition decision-makers at mid-market companies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed pipeline, activity, and revenue targets through disciplined execution and strategic account management.
- Work hours aligned with U.S. and European time zones to ensure optimal client coverage and team collaboration.
The experience you will bring
- 5+ years of post-graduate experience in B2B sales, demand generation, or related roles targeting mid-market companies, with a strong track record of generating leads and closing deals.

Growth from a lead generation or SDR/BDR role into a full-cycle sales position, demonstrating both outbound prospecting skills and closing ability.
