About The Role As an Account Executive at Time Doctor, you will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, acquiring new clients, and managing customer relationships. You will be instrumental in achieving revenue targets and contributing to the overall success of the Sales department. The ideal candidate will have extension experience in selling B2B Software products through conducting remote product demonstrations via screen share video calls, extensive follow up, and identifying opportunities with prospects by using an investigative sales approach. Strong sales skills with a focus on investigative selling. Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively within the sales team. Experience running sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, are a student of the industry and possess a Challenger mindset. About the Role We're looking for an experienced in-house designer to join our Marketing team and own our brand creative presence. As the Brand & Marketing Designer at Time Doctor, you will be the primary creative force ensuring our brand is visually expressed with excellence and consistency across every marketing channel. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role that blends deep craft expertise with ownership of design execution for all marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, content, events and digital experiences to life. Your work will shape how prospects, customers, and the market visually experience the Time Doctor brand, ensuring that every touchpoint is impactful, engaging, and on-brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand Expression & Consistency Serve as the primary overseer of how the brand is visually represented across all marketing channels. Apply and evolve brand guidelines for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring visual harmony and accessibility. Maintain consistency of typography, color, imagery, and design elements across campaigns, events, and collateral. 2. Design Execution Create visually compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising. Translating campaign ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand creative that adheres to design best practices to drive engagement and conversion. Adapt creative for different formats, optimizing for performance and platform requirements. 3. Marketing Collaboration Partner with the marketing team to develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives. Work with product marketing to visually articulate product value propositions and feature updates and go to market launches Support demand generation, content, and events teams with timely, high-quality creative assets. 4. Creative Quality & Innovation Bring fresh, modern design approaches that reflect current trends while staying true to the brand. Advocate for user-focused and data-informed design decisions. Explore new formats, motion graphics, and multimedia to keep our creative assets innovative. Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of professional design experience within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment. Strong portfolio, with B2B SaaS examples, showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work. Advanced Proficiency in Figma (main tool we use) Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects (similar tools are a plus). Strong skills in graphic design, layout design, asset design, events and web. Experience creating infographics, marketing visuals, and presentations. Experience with HubSpot CMS and Emails, Wordpress and HTML/CSS skills are ideal (StoryBlok Headless CMS is a bonus) Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles Excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator and collaborative partner across teams. Comfortable collaborating in a remote, async-first team (some timezone overlap preferred). Eye for clean, modern design that fits the SaaS space.
