Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Mid-Level US Recruiter with proven experience working on State Government clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the full recruitment lifecycle and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for IT and professional roles within the US staffing market.

The recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, including requirement analysis, candidate sourcing, interviewing, submission, follow-ups, and onboarding support. A solid understanding of state client hiring processes, compliance requirements, and documentation is essential. Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and direct state clients is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of US recruitment experience, specifically with state clientsHands-on experience with Ceipal ATSStrong sourcing skills across major job boards and social platformsStrong Understanding of different types of VisasExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
