We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level US Recruiter with proven experience hiring across IT and Non-IT roles, including exposure to the USA State Government, Lighting industry, Logistics, and IT services sectors. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder communication, full-cycle recruiting, and delivering high-quality talent in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for US IT and Non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Recruit for USA State Government projects, ensuring compliance with procurement standards, documentation requirements, and government hiring guidelines.

Support hiring for specialized industries, including IT, Lighting, Logistics, and Manufacturing, with understanding of sector-specific roles and skill sets.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations, workforce needs, and job market trends across multiple business units.

Source candidates using advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, networking, and passive talent engagement.

Assess candidate skills and cultural alignment, conducting structured interviews and evaluating technical and behavioral competencies.

Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring smooth transitions from offer acceptance to joining.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles across IT development, support, operations, logistics, and field positions.

Maintain accurate reports and recruitment metrics, ensuring timely updates in ATS systems and presenting weekly progress to leadership.

Ensure excellent candidate experience, communicating proactively, providing feedback, and representing the organization as an employer of choice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
