Role Summary

MicroStrategy Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and scorecards
.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand
reporting and analytics requirements
.
Perform
data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Optimize existing reports and improve
performance and usability
.
Provide
production support
, issue analysis, and timely resolution.
Create and maintain
technical documentation
, including report logic and design specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in
MicroStrategy development
.
Strong experience with
MicroStrategy Desktop, Web, and Architect
.
Proficient in
SQL
and working with
relational databases
.
Expertise in
report development, metrics, filters, and prompts
.
Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users.

Good to Have

Exposure to
Insurance domain data
.
Basic understanding of
Data Warehousing concepts
.
Experience working in
production support environments
.
