Role & Responsibilities

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, the selected candidate will act as the key liaison between clients and the company’s systems or applications. The role involves:

• Engaging with clients to understand and address their requirements and concerns.
• Ensuring smooth operation of systems by resolving issues through deep product knowledge.
• Providing high quality support and maintaining operational standards.
• Building knowledge and supporting the team.
• Participating in problem solving discussions.
• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
• Collaborating to enhance service delivery and satisfaction.
• Documenting interactions and solutions for future reference.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must Have: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management
• Good to Have: Experience with remote desktop support tools
• Familiarity with system configuration and maintenance
• Understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
