Job Summary:

Microsoft Windows Desktop Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build product and system knowledge to support team and clients effectively
Participate in problem-solving discussions and team huddles
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and client satisfaction
Accurately document client interactions, issue resolutions, and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement

Service Desk Management
Strong understanding of
client relationship management

analyze and interpret technical issues
Familiarity with
ticketing systems

support tools

Good-to-Have Skills:
