The Role:

Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Develop

  model-driven and canvas Power Apps

  and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions (entities, business rules, workflows).Write and maintain custom

  JavaScript and C# code

  for plugins, web resources, and workflows.
• Design and implement

  Power Automate flows

  and ensure proficiency in the Dataverse security model.
• Work with CRM/CE extensions like custom entities,

  PCF

  , and ribbon workbench.
• Engage in

  integration and migration tasks

  involving Azure services, APIs, and middleware.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide technical guidance, including familiarity with

  ALM practices

  .

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Skills:

• Experience:

  4 6 Years.

• Qualification:

  B. Tech / MCA / B.Sc. IT / BCA / B.E. / CA / CMA / MBA.

• Core Skills:

  Hands-on experience in

  Dynamics 365 CRM/CE

  and

  Power Apps

  development.

• Technical Depth:

  Solid understanding of

  Dataverse (Common Data Service)

  , strong troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent client service mindset, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication (written and verbal)

• Work Style:

  Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple workstreams.
