Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled D365 CRM & Power Platform Tech Professional to lead and guide our technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge customer relationship management (CRM) and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies to meet project objectives and timelines. Collaborate with the testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage, identify and address defects, and oversee the deployment of high-quality solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in D365 CRM and Power Platform technologies, evaluate their applicability, and drive continuous improvement within the team. Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical insights, participating in solution presentations, and demonstrating expertise to potential clients. Skill Proven experience (4+ years) in hands-on development and technical leadership using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Strong expertise in D365 CRM configuration, customization(plugin & action), and extension using Power Apps (Model Driven & Canvas App), Power Automate, Power Portal/Power Pages Hands on exposure on client site scripting ( JS /TS) Hands on exposure regarding integration with 3rd party application /ISV by leveraging REST API Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams of at least 5+ team members, with a track record of successful project delivery. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable. Should have solution deployment exposure through unmanaged/managed solution package Familiarity with Agile methodologies by leveraging Azure DevOps.
