Job Description

Senior Oracle Fusion / BI Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and provide reporting and data visualization solutions using Oracle BI tools.
Design and develop OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC reports and dashboards.
Customize and configure Oracle Fusion reports across Financials, HCM, or SCM modules.
Work closely with functional consultants and end users to gather requirements and troubleshoot reporting issues.
Optimize performance of BI reports and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation related to report specifications, data models, and dashboards.
Support data migration, integration, and transformation activities using Oracle technologies.
Provide training and support to business users on reporting tools and solutions.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and implementation projects involving Oracle Cloud Applications and BI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
6+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Applications and BI tools.
Strong hands-on experience in
Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC
, and
SQL
.
Deep understanding of
Oracle Fusion data models
(Financials, SCM, or HCM).
Proficiency in developing custom reports, data models, and bursting reports.
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
