Microsoft Dynamics 365 Professional

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Professional to support the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves hands-on work with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Teams, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.

This position is suited for someone with strong practical experience in enterprise environments and a structured approach to solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SharePoint Online migrations from on-premises or third-party platforms

• Design and develop solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Build and manage applications using Microsoft Dataverse, including integrations and custom connectors

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules

• Develop and integrate Microsoft Teams applications using SPFx, Adaptive Cards, and Azure services

• Support CRM modernization initiatives, including integrations with third-party systems

• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Create and maintain technical documentation and solution architecture artifacts

• Follow Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies

• Experience with SharePoint Online and migration tools (ShareGate, Metalogix, SPMT, or similar)

• Practical experience with Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

• Knowledge of Dataverse, data modeling, and integration scenarios

• Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE / CRM

• Experience with Microsoft Teams development (tabs, bots, messaging extensions)

• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and administration

• Coding experience with Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar

• Familiarity with ALM and DevOps practices for Power Platform and Dynamics

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365)

• Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management

• Knowledge of integration patterns involving Dataverse, Azure, and external APIs

• Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
